- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (When They Cry)
- Black Butler
- Black Butler II
- Psychic Detective Yakumo
- Elfen Lied
- Ouran High School Host Club (seems out of place doesn’t it xP)

~No. 6 (My current favorite!)
~Naruto (It was bound to be suggested! XP)
~Shugo Chara! (Though it’s Shoujo.)
~Durarara! (It’s great!!)
~School Rumble (Absolutely hilarious and cute!)
~Gosick (It’s one you really have to think about, like Black Butler)
Out of all of them I suggest No. 6 the most!

Ghost Hunt (one of my favourites and lol, try reading it at night xD) wait. You said “anime”? Whatever. You can watch Ghost Hunt too. But the manga is always better, just saying ^0^
and the other anime that i can think on top of my head right now is the Higurashi series. God, that creeped me out. -.- the first 5 seconds into the first episode, BAM BAM BAM. You see some guy with a bat wackin’ off at some dead bodies 0-0
